No, once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot change it. If you would like to purchase additional items, please place another order on the website.

Free swatches are available to order for all cushions and bedding products. Select your swatches on each style page. There is no fee or shipping charges for swatch requests.

Our samples are pre-cut and posted from our warehouse meaning we are unable to specify which part of the pattern you will receive. If you’d like some help color matching part of the pattern, please email customer care. 

Sample orders will arrive in 7-10 working days. If you need faster delivery on a sample, please email customer care and we’ll do our best to get it to you as quickly as we can.

Unfortunately, we do not sell our cushion covers without the inserts. We want our customers to have the highest quality cushions that are filled with our French white duck down and feather insert.
Our cushions are specially filled with various densities depending on size and fabric to represent our luxury cushion in the best way while offering both comfort and support.

The number of pillows on a bed is determined by the size of your bed, as well as your own personal preference. We recommend not overcrowding your bed with pillows, simple and sleek is always best. For a 180 bed size we recommend using two or three Square pillows, two King size pillows. For 160 bed size, we recommend two Square pillows and two Standard pillows. For 140 bed size, we recommend two Square pillows and two Standard pillows.
