Shipping & Returns
Our commitment to quality determines our entire creation process. We source all our materials from a select group of Europe’s greatest luxury textile manufacturers and hand pick each fabric, trimming, and thread. We make sure to work with small ateliers who embrace the French savoir-faire passed on from generation to generation, ensuring all our products are made in France and carefully crafted. The ateliers only produce on a small scale to meet the highest of expectations, thus all our collections are made to order and in limited edition.
As a result, our products are not available for immediate shipment and do have a wait time associated with them. Our ateliers may take from 4 to 8 weeks to craft your product depending on the intricacies of the design.

Please note that items ordered together may not ship out on the same day due to different production times. We will keep you up to date if this is the case and will provide you with the estimated shipment dates.
We use DHL Express or UPS Express to provide the most efficient service. For more information on how your order will be shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Complimentary shipping to the US
Your order will be shipped to you from our French warehouse. All our products are made in France, with complimentary shipping. Maison Anne Carminati covers Custom and Duties but does not cover local taxes. There will be no unexpected / additional charges to pay when you receive your order.
Tracking your Order
You can access your account information by logging into maisonannecarminati.com with your email and password. You will be able to see all the orders you have placed online and their status. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order and a notification with a tracking number when the order has been shipped. Please note we do not use a tracking service to send samples. If you have any questions about your order’s arrival, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Packages are shipped from France via a traceable DHL or UPS carrier. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. If you want an update on the whereabouts of your order, please contact the carrier directly. If you believe your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you after a claim has been filed.
Once shipped, your order should arrive in 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. A quote can be calculated when your items are in your shopping cart.
We will send you an email to let you know when your order has been shipped. The notification will include a link to track your order. If you would like an update on the progress of your order, you can log into your account on our website or email email@example.com.
MAISON ANNE CARMINATI covers all Customs and Duties for orders shipping to Canada.
We ship internationally, with some exceptions. To receive an international shipping quote please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items and quantities you would like to purchase as well as your exact address.
Please be aware international orders generally take 6-12 business days. All international sales are final. MAISON ANNE CARMINATI is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATS or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation via email, you will no longer be able to make any changes through our website. We are unable to cancel or change made-to-order or pre-order purchases. If you have any questions or concerns email us at email@example.com
We hope you love your MAISON ANNE CARMINATI products. All our products are made-to-order. Our Made-to-order products may be exchanged or returned. Custom made products are final sales. They cannot be returned our exchanged. We cannot process exchanges for any items that have been used or washed. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Due to the nature of handmade goods, we embrace slight variations in color and design. We celebrate these as a sign of a truly unique, handcrafted piece. When ordering multiples, we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, claims must be received via email within 14 days of order receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Before shipping back your purchase, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are sending back. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
