Our commitment to quality informs our entire creation process. We source all our materials from a select group of Europe’s luxury textile manufacturers and choose each fabric, trimming, and thread. Our products are made in France. We are working with small ateliers who have ancestral knowledge, French savoir-faire taught from generation to generation. They only produce on a small scale to meet the highest of expectations. Our collections of designer home decor are made to order and in limited edition.
This means that our products are not available for immediate shipment and do have a wait associated with them. Our ateliers take up to 8 weeks to make your product depending on the intricacies of the design.

We hope you love your MAISON ANNE CARMINATI products. All our products are made-to-order. Made-to-order and custom products are final sale. They may not be exchanged or returned for store credit. We do not accept returns on non-defective items. We cannot process exchanges for any items that have been used or washed. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Due to the nature of handmade goods, we embrace slight variations in color and design. We celebrate these as a sign of a truly unique, handcrafted piece. When ordering multiples, we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible.
If you believe you are eligible for a return or exchange, claims must be received via email within one week of order receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Before shipping back your purchase, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which item you are sending back. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
